The bar is a personal project from a trio of hard-working industry veterans, namely Gillian Fitzgerald (Virgil’s Sea Room, Nickies & WesBurger), Seán O’Donovan (Nickies & Driftwood), and Chris Hastings (Lookout & WesBurger).

Fitzgerald & O’Donovan are Irish, from counties Meath & Clare, respectively, and have been spilling Guinness since they were teenagers.
